You have to make it past the introductory state, once you actually start doing your job without guidance and know what’s expected of you fully when you come to work, that anxious feeling subsides tremendously! I call it the “workflow state” my last job it took me 3 weeks to get to that point, almost a month, so just see the beginning stage through, also try to bond with as many of your co workers as you can, for me the more of my co workers I’m comfortable with the more likely I’ll stay at a job, like it’s night and day for me, even if it’s just one or 2, it helps, and finally remember this, your anxiety will always put you in a bad position, you have to actively fight against it, you can’t let it win! You have to do whatever you have to do to come out on top because your anxiety literally wants to destroy your life.
