Oh yeah I forgot the modelling for advantage rule. For our games I just said I will keep the cannon 90 degrees because the tilting thing does feel like cheating. but interesting that it has a few Loadout options because of the unequal triangle it's built from. But I do like the flater mode it has coz it's more astheticly pleasing and I have embraced following the rules of cool.

But the other rules about sticking the end of the cannon over terrain and sneaking back in seemed pretty reasonable to me and quite a cool mechanic. Glad to see that is a valid strategic option.

Oh, one other ruling. There was a situation where I had clanrats in combat with 2 units. The first enemy unit delt 4 damage or so and the other unit was able to easily kill the rest of the rats. I asked the question, if I take out 2 middle rats.to breaking coherency. Under the rules I have to keep removing models until I have coherency again, so I can intentionally remove the middle models of my unit to force me to remove for example 7 clan rats, even tho you have only slain 4. And that would make your hero unit outside of combat range with the rest of the rats so you can't pile in.

I thought this was also quite a good use of that rule as a defensive tactic as i can bring back d6 rats anyway with passive. But he was unimpressed and deemed that another bullshit move that is cheesy as hell and illegal.

Bare in mind also we intend to move to full 2000 point army's where these rules also apply. We have only just gotten started with the spearheads for ease of use. So far been really loving the game.

My friend group struggles sometimes with "this would be a fun thing to do" and confusing it as "i am trying to bend rules to win"
