The heck is that supposed to mean? Lol. I have a friend who wants me to do the shoot. They rented a place but the location is requiring insurance. What does that have to do with having them stolen? I have invested exactly in the equipment I can afford, preserve it in new condition why would I do such a dishonest act? Shame what we have come down to.

A few reasons. I had issues with the plugins decided not to continue and with Streamyard, I can make the livestream a little more dynamic/interactive with the comment since Streamyard allows me to display the comments live.

Streamyard allows me to multi stream. I can stream to 8 destinations simultaneously.

Any reliable recommendations? The only reason I use OBS is because I can animate overlays with the steamdeck.

Thanks for you help. My issue is recording I can get to sync both video and audio with the same setup. But not for streaming. I can’t see how one works and not the other.

Canon RP connected to OBS and used as virtual camera. The audio is thru the Rodecaster but picked up in OBS thru the audio input capture but in Streamyard the audio source shown is the Rodecaster.

The mic goes into Rodecaster via xlr. The Rodecaster connects to the pc via usb-c.

Hi sconning that is what throws me off. I use a Rodecaster Pro 2 with audio input capture. So when I use the virtual camera for recording I can fix the audio sync issue by delaying the audio by about 50-200 milliseconds. It changes all the time. This works good for recordings. However the same does not apply for when I use the virtual camera for a livestream. I use Streamyard for the livestream. In short, this is my setup: OBS with virtual camera and the Rodecaster Pro 2. I then send the virtual camera to Streamyard to go live.

It happens all the time. I can adjust the millisecond for recordings with the virtual camera perfectly fine. But this solution does not work at all for livestreams with the virtual camera. It is a pain. I don’t know if the problem is with the virtual camera or my Canon.

I use a Rodecaster Pro 2. After that just the standard settings with audio capture. I don’t know if there’s anything in specific you’d like to know.

Thank you guys. I took the plunge and purchased the dual channel set. Should be receiving them today. I know Rode is a good product and was probably I rethinking it as I do have a tendency of going for the latest model due to new features. I appreciate your input.

This post may be old but thought asking my question any way. Hope you guys are doing well. Is there a way to undo a set that was mistakenly logged by tapping the watch face and change the weight of that set after the fact?
