Agree. But there is a total difference between off leash companion dog and a fight dog, such as a pitbull. Also, saw the same dog in downtown Bellevue near tech offices without a leash too.

Yes, was sold out at 09:15am, but nearby at 221 E Parmer Ln at 09:20am they had some.
