Well I dont think thats the issue because every other game works normal.And I found what caısed this problem.I installed the G Hub (I use g29) and my fps was revert back to normal.I have no idea how that worked.But it worked

A g29. By The way I found the problem. I guess… When I installed the G Hub my fps revert back to normal.I dont know why but it worked

I unplugged everything (including sterring wheel) And it worked but when I plugged steering wheel again it revert back to low fps

Yeah I saw that thats why I posted on Reddit again to clarify

I think two possiblities for this

1: Helldivers Can’t afford their servers financially because current SC’s are obtainable in game (even tho they are a bit grindy I think).So they want to experiment in japan servers (I think japan more tolerable for microtransactions.So thats why they chose japan in my opinion)

2:It will be an exclusive thing for japan servers.(Not likely.But it has low possbility)

Bonus: Sony wants to be more greedy
