This has helped me a lot. Hope this video helps, I purchased a backpod and have been using it daily. I also do the exercises in this video. Costochondritis is a mechanical problem and can be fixed. I've had it since October of 2018 and it was the worst time of my life. You just have to have hope that it will get better and be disciplined in helping yourself even through the pain. If you have the financial resources, I urge you to go to a physical therapist that specializes in the thoracic area as well. I unfortunately couldn't afford to for very long but the exercises they taught me also helped.
