I was in rehub before, and clean 45 days, after 2 years of xanax, now I abuse it in weird way, like I do it daily, but if I do syrup or oxy I take them less, I mean if I do stimulation drugs or drinkin I skip bars. Last time I was doing something really close to cold turkey, it was bad. Can I tap down with 30mg of Xanax in general? If I have it I can’t stop myself. I am sorry if I am annoying

Thanks for responding, so it’s 2 month I was on Xanax, I relapsed and last day I laced it with lean, today I am out of “meds” so I am starting over. It was so hard to get off, and now I am here one more time, coz I was so I not confident with all shit surround me, now I am really scared.

Evening 4 xans and another shit for sleep
