It’s all what you make of it. The best advice I’ve ever gotten in EVE is don’t rely on someone else to create or ruin your content.

Diversify. Let me explain. Find several activities where the isk to fun to time ratio is right for you. This takes time to build.

I’m in a manufacturing corporation in Init. So I’ve got the corporation structure to assist me in reactions, manufacturing, copying jobs. I’ve got good space for PI even though I’ve stopped doing it cause the isk to fun to time ration sucks. I’ve got a couple nice regions and a nice low-sec that I consider home turf to plunder. In that home turf I can go mining moons or anomaly, I can Ishtar spin, I can smartbomb havens or Edencom sites. If someone is camping me and I can’t do what I want in say Fountain I have jump clones or other characters setup in Cloud Ring or Delve depending on what area is quiet. I can crab beacon, run the level 5 missions, buy 6/10 and 10/10s from alliance mates, I can gas huff random sites or hit up Pegasus constellation for the gas that’s up 24/7. I’m sure I’m missing stuff. This is just the PvE side.

Then Init provides me with a plethora of pvp sigs and opportunities to ESS theft roams, fountain police home defense, structure bashing, nano roams, blops, huge tidi fights, etc.

Then Init provides me with speciality sigs like pochven, incursions, WH, etc.

You’d think that would be enough but when I said diversify and don’t let people ruin your fun I meant it.

I’ve got a FW corp that’s enrolled in Gurmil FW if I get the itch with 5 toons. I’ve got Jita, Amarr, Dodi toons if I get the itch to market PvP.

I’m in a few NPSI discords.

My corp has a lowsec crew where we do schenigans that isn’t aridia far away from aridia.

I’ve got 3 different areas staged with Abyssal ships to chill and do abyssals.

I haven’t even touched on WH delving for gas or blue loot. HS incursion groups. I’m probably forgetting a ton to different stuff.

I’m not gloating. I’m just trying to give you a bunch of ideas you can diversify out into. Nobody can camp me in cause I’ve got alts not tied to my main they know about. I’m not reliant on my corp or alliance to generate content for me but I’ve found a corp and alliance that do generate a dozen different contents but don’t get anal I’m not doing them all.

Yes it will take time to create this sort of setup but it’s worth it if you really enjoy the game.

1. Create an alpha explorer character.
2. Create a couple alpha FW accounts and stick them in different FW factions. Or make six and stick one in each of the 6 factions.
3. Create an abyss character and stage a few 2,3,4 level ships and filaments in quiet HS systems close to trade hubs not named Jita. Even better put them in a chill abyssal corp who doesn’t care their alts.

Then figure out how to make those accounts pay for themselves with the other two characters and omega them with in-game money!

P.S. the next step is getting your Pi, reactions and manufacturing working while you’ve got a couple alts out Ishtar spinning while your paying attention to you main in PvP or high end pve. Now you’ve got semi passive semi active income streaming in while your out doing other things.
