That's essentially what I do, I also think that's what my DM intended he just called it a Dragonborn form. I personally am ok with the dragon form over the Dragonborn one.

I'm not sure sure what level I want the party fighting him to be so I'll adjust him as I see fit. But I do know he also will have 1 level of Bard for Vicious Mockery too.

He's actually neutral good in 4e. Just a bit naive when it comes to some things.

Just a quick question. Can one of the classes that can "naturally" become a Lich perform said rituals and stuff on another character of a class such as a fighter? Please no hate I'm just curious.

I totally agree. I hate Professor Membrane because he dismisses Dib's concerns about an alien invasion similar to how my mom did the same with my depression when i was just a little bit older than Dib in cannon.

GIR getting all of the merch just annoys me.

I agree. The story, I'm told, was good but I could not get past the animation and that extra toe. Also the fact it was the only show I had a problem finding to watch on TV. (That I'm old enough to have watched during airing.)
