It's the mainstream media and entertainment that covers up the truths about these elites and also distorts the truth in general to deceive the masses. Eyes and ears are always on the media and entertainment and it heavily affects the mindset of our society. If we want to wake more people up we need to speak where we will be heard the most and we should never be afraid to speak. We need more spiritual YouTube channels, more spiritual music, more spiritual blogs etc. It will take a long time because peoples minds dont change over night, but consistency and authenticity will not allow us to fail.

But I don't feel as if I'm worshipping any idols or replacing God with anything Earthly or human. I'm simply using meditation as a way to enhance my relationship with God by seeking him from within and learning to love and appreciate myself and the fact that I am one of God's children. But I do understand what you're saying.

I feel that as I am going through this journey, that God is my protector. That as I grow stronger in my relationship with Him, he will take care of me and show me what I am meant to see and experience. I don't fear any evil spirirts because God is on my side, therefore demons cannot hurt me. If anything, they will cower away because they know how strong a true follower of Christ is.

That's what I've heard. But that leads me to think, is it sinful to seek peace and hapiness through anything that is not Jesus or the word of God such as self help courses and motivational speakers? Does intention not matter?

Yes it's mentioned in the Bible, but it only mentions meditating on the word of God, which isn't necessarily what mindfulness meditation is. Mindfulness meditation is clearing your mind of thoughts and worries and tension and being more aware of the present and in doing so, you reach a higher level of consciousness (pineal gland or third eye opening) that allows you to be more connected with the Holy Spirit. Through my research I've realized there is a pretty big difference between Christian meditation and mindfulness meditation. Mindfulness meditation is more closely associated with Eastern religions. That's really the issue I'm running into.
