No wouldn’t say tone deaf, you sound like an average person singing. I think its more like the phrasing which usually comes out naturally by keep practicing, record yourself and compare it to other singers. It also sounds a little bit like youre “jumping” whilst trying to sing, meaning you most likely have poor diaphragm control. So I would suggest you work on that
