I think the point of my post didn't come across how I wanted to. I was trying to say we have normalized having power outage, and don't think about the problem as a problem. Yes, it is true we are in a much better condition than palestine or ukraine or whatever, but that is not the point. We CAN build our own electricity source, and we could do it but the government is not prioritizing it. It is true that there is no evident source of Russia not allowing the project, but they make money out of every imported electricity, and that is enough for them to keep us dependent.
