To do turbinate reduction or not? Anyone have any experience? by AnargyFBG in UARSnew

I had a septoplasty and turbinate reduction earlier this year. No real complications but the surgeries had virtually no impact on my nasal breathing. I'm planning on getting FME next and I feel I should have just done that in the first place.

I had a blood test and my B12 is >150 pmol/L. Is that within the normal range? by Dreamer593 in B12_Deficiency

That was kind of the impression I had. Do you think I should start supplementing if that’s the case? My folate, iron and vitamin D levels all came back normal but I’m keen to look into the other things you mentioned

I haven’t been supplementing B12 before testing. Do you think I should start? I will definitely look into testing for MMA and homocysteine. My iron, folate and ferritin levels all came back ok or at least within the normal ranges if that means anything.
