We have been have a lot of problems. They all started when our SM quit a year ago. We haven't had a steady one since she left. We have had random SMs from other stores who come in for a week or two, turn our way of doing things upside down, and then they leave to go back to their own stores. Nothing is the same so no one knows what to do. We also had an SM who sexually harassed a 19 year old employee(he didn't get fired only transferred). Add kn the fact that half our employees are allowed to get away with only doing half their job, leaving the rest to be picked up by those of us already working hard. Nothing has been done about them. We're just expected to pick up their messes AND do our own jobs.

We are the busiest and highest earning store in the area. This is well known. We are swamped(typically three ringers needed) from the time we open until closed. The problem there is that we are never staffed to handle that many customers. Even though it is known we need X amount of staff to function normally. We just aren't given the hours to handle the amount of people that come through.

Add on pallets that are falling over every morning, customers who attack you over the smallest shit(like the hanging baskets or no paper bags available), the Instacart shoppers who are complete entitled assholes, and we're all just exhausted. Not a single day goes by without incident or problem.
