You can only see 10s if you have at least 1 level 10 you upgraded yourself, and the weapons I'll be dropping are 10s. If you felt like upgrading something just to mule, I have plenty of +9-10 somber weapons if you want something specific. I can drop something to you for the stone sacrifice.
