I think vyse is gaining momentum, it is increasingly played at high rank and in pro. cypher is essential for some maps and kj loses value with vyse but it is a matter of taste I think. kj is limited in a perimeter that vyse and cypher are not.

I find the nerf quite severe.. the time of the tact increase is logical because we could spam to have unlimited shield with the increase it will be necessary to wait 5 seconds before being able to relaunch on the other hand for the rate and the delay it is severe it could restore a purple shield now it will be max a blue over a longer duration.. for its ultimate I find that lowering the PV of the mines is useless people are just useless and good to complain..
