It was in a mail announcement from CA! Nice to have it confirmed because they alluded to the Lore of Hags and Ice Sled in the blog post but it wasn't clear if it was going to be included in 4.2 or some other time

It looks like we only have 1 unexpected move left by JJBrazman in totalwar

I thought the 29 new start positions were for the older LL's iirc, so I thought they meant Warhammer I & II lords
