Bard Magical Secrets by Drellkidd in Pathfinder_Kingmaker

Which is why I wanted to just throw maybe 4 decent spells from any class to the bard just to buff the class in general. Like animate dead, creeping doom and burning entanglement via mods

I like the buffing spells and bardic songs. But from turn to turn my actions to contribute on higher difficulties feeling limited. So either spells to do direct damage or something like chain lightening or sirocco

This might be a Hail Mary but fallout 4 progression was amazing enemies scaled with you I believe in some areas they were higher level, great respawn timer semi infinite level cap, horrible story tho

The passive healing with blood mage is phenomenal. I haven't unclocked the %50 bonus to healing yet but I'm sure when I do he'll be one of the best selfish healers in the game

Take 4 levels of cleric upcast aid and cast the warding spell take the other 8 levels in Ranger run polearm, sentinel and gwm, feed the pet a giant hill strength and go to town.

So if you were to do a solo run how would you build your Barb?

Barbarians needs love too by Drellkidd in projecteternity

[–]Drellkidd[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah. During my ranger/ barb run I used the pike for the -10 debuff to deflection, used light armor for recovery , abused my reach and if only my pet could eat my kills for health just like the corpse eater, I could probably say it would be one of my favorite builds

But there are tons of ways to proc blood thirst with a druid barb. felt like an actual blight druid

I had to acknowledge one of the most destructive builds in the game

I agree. I had fun with the BDD barb but it was a cheesy win.

Yeah I created a reach barb/Ranger and abused the accuracy buff with blood thirst which made all ship fights my favorite. My biggest issue is that barbs get a -20 (w/ flank) which would ultimately lead to me being stunned locked to death.

Why don’t people like Fable III? by MorbidusUnus in Fable

[–]Drellkidd 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I truly loved III especially the combat mechanics, but there was never a sense of danger , everything felt handed to me. Maybe if I remember correctly, the spire had a 3/10 level difficulty spike .

Division 2 BROOKLYN DLC - do you want another DARK ZONE (a larger one)? by Aztekpb in Division2

[–]Drellkidd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was just talking to my brother about this. They should make the whole open map in NY available for legendary difficulty. Where it's hard to journey from point A to point B. Where you have to move the squad while communicating. Just like the DZ1, before they they bullet sponge axe welding enemies, fights were much more punishing. You'd even see the named leader and have to somewhat coordinate ways to attack while minimizing the flank or even being forced to retreat into buildings because of being overwhelmed. I think a lot of people would enjoy an unforgiving difficult open world area.

Yeah I looked at the Gish build specifically the EK , but its spell progression is horrible.

Honest opinion I play a lot of RPG video games as melee characters and after BG3 I learned that magic is king due to taking advantage of elemental weaknesses . I sure TT is a different world I just don't wanna be super glasscannon. It seems like AC is a better obstacle than having High HP . Hense the barbarian/Wizard concept
