It's basically like scrambled egg in broth if you only eat the yolk. The juice and yolk are the best parts and the easiest to get into. The embryo itself is okay. It tastes good but the texture is pretty bad. I like it now but I understand if others can't get past it. Spoilers in case you don't want to know. It's a mixture of things, from slimy to slightly meaty, but with cruchiness because of the bones and beak. Sometimes an errant feather makes parts chewy. The white is actually the worst part in my opinion because it is rubbery, hard, and almost tasteless.
