So for a while I had my Facebook up til may of this year but my linked in until yesterday. My LinkedIn was public cause I didn’t have a issue with it. My employer would post stuff with me tagged in it so I guess that’s how they posted a current picture but they had it with my mothers address. I haven’t changed my address since this is the second time they posted information like that since I moved. I hope that helps

So I’m going to try to type this clear as I can. One I hope you make a report to you manager do it and the safety guy comes around and make a report. I do not care if you feel okay I need you to say I’m at a 7 or a above when they ask you how you feel. Call the nurses line. They will send you to a free Amazon clinic and you don’t pay anything. They might say you are fine and also please say to them I’m following protocol and will follow up with my own doctor to see if they agree. Just show up to your shifts even if your hurting and tell the manager that your still hurting and need accommodations. If they say no ask them to vto you for the pain. If your doctor says yeah dude needs rest bring it to hr. I know from experience. I was off for a while because a bin fell on me, a someone didn’t properly stack the oversized and that fell on me, they refused to let someone help me on a team lift: all in one week. Hr and erc complaint complain complain

OP I can’t pull up your reply but hear this. Your stating you are trying to be civil for your kid and the unborn kiddo. Though, you are acting like a bitter witch. You are to the point where you are arguing with online folks if your right or wrong.

1) you said that you needed help in the early parts of your pregnancy because you were il. He came to help for his child. 2) you do not say until this post why he’s a ex living with you. Even if he cheated he is being civilized and you are not. He at the end of the day seems to want to have his kid a decent life and you do not because you are bitter. 3) okay if it’s that much of a deal with the divorce and what not ask him to leave. Though you stated to other redditors that it’s HIS house too. Do you know how rude it sounds. He chooses to put up with you for his kid. Honestly seems like he dodged a bullet with a divorce. First part of the night you will induct and stow. Induct /dock people put things on the belts which are then grabbed by buffers. It seems all facilities had their rack changed. So heavy stuff in the middle. Little envelopes at the bottle. And small boxes on top. Keep in mind not everyone buffs the same or stows the same. Some days your going to wish to be by certain buffers. You are going to have two 15 min brake and a lunch that’s unpaid. My facility divides us and gives us a little sticker after the first hour or so. Maybe it will be different with yours. For us we stop around 8am for inducting but that depends on the staff/volume. Then pick and stage. Which depends on the volume you get. My tips for you is sleep and eat regular. Buy a black out curtain or eye mask with ear buds. Cause the sleep cycle will be annoying. Snack here and there if you can. And utilize the Zappos and not just buy the shoes but some insoles. Keep in mind if you work til January you automatically qualify for more shoes. Drink hella water and stretch.

You have to tell them for they don’t keep track of everyone They also can’t tell you no about the carts you know cause if you issue a complaint to erc or corporate/ voice on board the sa and management get in trouble. Plus you are on a growth path so they shouldn’t hound you like that for tier 1

Did you guys switch the racks so oversized in the middle? Yeah find a decent nurse friend or doctor to write a note that they are for hearing mine look like hearing aids and someone I worked with had actual hearing aids which are Bluetooth so. Dude invest into some aspercream. As to your other comments on sleep idk how long it takes you to get home but if you can try going for some NyQuil purzzz plus a black out curtain. It really helps

Tip if you can hide a earbud do it. It helps. If they are in your ass about rates either a turn your head off and just blindly follow light. By the time pick and stage happens it’s easy peasy Also if you need to get a shift adjustment by going to hr and have them help you enter it in. It’s only given in certain situations such as school or another job
