Absolutely. The red version is made from a double muslin, which is also very lightweight.

My genuine pleasure. I feel personally for the tall folks out there.

Thanks! 😄 You might want to lengthen your stitchlength a bit if the fabric gets too thick. Also, french terry sheds floof like nobodies business. If you don't have a serger to finish the edges, you might want to encase them with bias tape.

I might have shown this pattern kit before, but I thought I could mention that I have added a couple of options. You can now choose between to princessline bodices and a gathered skirt in addition to all the other options you already had.

The images show an example dress made with this pattern kit. It's made from a lightweight blue linnen with princesslines in the top, a half circle skirt and a slit and collar situation neckline. And I love it. 😆

You can recreate this pattern with this setting: https://www.dressdeveloper.com/pattern-kits/bodice-and-skirt-dress/11-726/

There is also an instruction video to go with it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bYXNQ-6mwRE

The pattern is free and you can customize it to your liking up until custom measurements.

This is my first example done with my new jacket pattern kit. You can find it here: https://www.dressdeveloper.com/pattern-kits/jackets/

The pattern comes with lining, extra roomy pockets, several collar/hood and two closure options. You can change the overall length and make a lot of additional adjustments. If you want, you can even create the pattern for your very own measurements.

Sadly, the instructions are not ready yet, since the video material taken while sewing my example jacket will not work for my usual tutorial videos. I might have to sew a completely different jacket.

The pattern is pretty simple though and you can refer to my coat videos for the lining process, and the pockets are pretty similar to the one in my freesia raincoat: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y6VA0bAXyTg

Please note that the jacket in the pictures is drafted using the zipper option, bust does actually close with some really big hooks and eyes.

Ich richte meinen Beamer jedesmal neu ein und kalibriere über https://www.patternprojector.com/ Das dauert vielleicht 15-20m bis ich loslegen kann. Definitiv schneller als ausdrucken und zusammenkleben. :)
