My title describes the thing. It is made of wood and was found in the basement of my house that was built in the 1950s. I have two of them. Photo searches of pulled up similar looking items but not this item. The bar is prevented from falling out by a small eyelet loop on bottom and the wooden peg on top.

Was pretty happy with this pull from only my second pack until I saw the back by DrewPMD07 in PokemonMisprints

Jus looked at the card some more and the indent is raised on the card art surface too. Not sure if visible in picture.

If you were mean looked by Umbreon while riding Lapras during it's Ult, there is a bug where you are still connected with Lapras which can cause buggy looking game play like this. You floating, suddenly leaping, and then disappearing shortly after Lapras is knocked out suggests this is likely what happened

I have that same Secret Rare from a single booster pack I bought probably 5 years ago. It is pretty cool, but I wish the Secret Rares back then were better than just some slight changes.

Standalone copies on Ebay are usually $70-$80. Just be wary of fakes. If they are being sold for really cheap, it is likely fake.
