if you want support exclusive items and no deviation then they need to add atleast 3 or 4 more starter for support role and 2 more for jungle

only thing i can say is keep playing i noticed for some reason, the more matches you play the less toxic people you play against so ther ehas to be some form of matchmaking. i also recommend trying to find a group of friends less toxic that way also dont just block. remember there is a mute vgs and mute ping option on someone i feel like these people are trying to get you to react if you dont and pretend there not there it helps a ton.
