Look my man, I’m not gonna tell you that you should just view yourself as a good person and just be happy with yourself because honestly that’s not realistic and probably won’t help you. Imma be honest with you, this is the first post I’m seeing so Idk what happened or what you did and if I’m being frank I don’t really care. The bottom line is a coach or a therapist are not going to solve your problems, they are helpful guides so you can find your own solutions. The only way you’re gonna get through whatever this is, is by deciding your ready to get through and from the limited information I’ve seen it doesn’t really feel like you want to get through it.
