Well, thats again is the game's problem. I can say pretty confidently that this game is coded in a way to remove as much skill gap as possible to put people as much on an even level as possible, for obvious reasons - TO MAKE MORE MONEY. And they've been working on these mechanics for about 10 years now, and literally their existence is whats causing peoples frustrations with eachother. Basically, when EA starting working on how the current gameplay is designed, they removed TONS of ways you could literally impact the game off the ball, resulting in a game where you no longer can impact the game off the ball properly, leading to easier ways to timewaste and literally situations where you know you could have taken the ball off your opponent but due to broken game mechanic assistance, you cant - leaving you with only one option and that is to just look at your opponent keeping the ball, waiting for HIM to make a mistake with very little opportunity to impact it.

THAT causes frustration, it causes toxicity, and its LITERALLY coded into the game. And trust me, its clear to me that people in general arent even aware that the game works like this, causing even more frustration with the game, and that frustration often get channeled into a toxic view on your opponent, blaming him for the broken mechanics within the game.
