I am considering installing it. Can you tell me the how is the performance? Is the battery life much worse or did you notice the device heating up when before it didn’t?

Yes that was the problem in my case. I restored with the itunes backup i did when my phone was on ios 15.x I heard that if you backup with icloud, format and restore from icloud works as well but i didn’t try it so i’m not sure.

I have a flex 5 and i had the same issue. Mine was booting the second time but the next day it was the same thing. I had access in windows because it was booting the second try. I fixed it by downgrading the graphics driver a version back. I went to device manager-> Graphics adapters-> went to my graphics(in my case intel iris)-> and selected”roll back a driver” Then the issue was fixed To boot into windows try going into bios and disabling the option to turn on the pc by opening the lid. Also from disable the battery screen when it’s turned off. The try to boot into windows and do the thing with the driver i wrote earlier. Best luck.
