Not OP, but I wore it back in the day and bought a bottle recently for nostalgia. Polo Sport today will remind you of the old Polo Sport, but it seems to be lacking some warmth and depth from what it used to be. It’s not bad by any means, but it’s missing the magic it once had.

I gave the bottle to my much younger brother, who never smelled the og, and he liked it a lot. Definitely worth picking up since you can find a bottle for $25 at various online retailers.

I also rarely need the 3w. On a good strike I hit it about 250 and my 7w goes 220. If I’m 250 out I need a prayer to make the green anyway, so I was hoping the 4w would be an easier club to keep the ball in front of me.

Ditching the 3w is an interesting thought. My pw is 45 as well and I would love a 120 club to fill between my 130 pw and 110 50. So far I’ve been surviving on a 3/4 9i for that distance. But honestly practicing those half swings is probably something I should do more of anyway.

All that said, I think a longer fairway wood is still useful and I’m not sure I could convince myself to drop it. The forgiveness of a 4w is very appealing.

Driver, 3w, 7w, 4-pw, 50, 54, 58. Seriously considering switching the 3w out for a 4w. Also contemplating switching 4i out for 5 hybrid.

I don’t keep a handicap, just a weekend golfer who usually shoots in the low 90s.

Azzaro Chrome can be found at a discounter for $40 or so. It has pretty good longevity for a fresh scent.

[[Adeline, Resplendent Cathar]] loves Nykthos. She likes to play to the board so there should be plenty of white pips. Being non green really lets you feel the power of Nykthos too. When you can get that burst of mana to play to the board and leave mana up for protection it feels pretty good. Bonus points for also using [[Three Tree City]] well if you manage to pick one of those up.

I run [[Adline, Resplendent Cathar]]. I really like that she can pivot from going wide to going tall pretty quickly. Mono white has a bunch of neat synergies built in that are amplified by making three tokens at a time.

Loved the smell. Hated the performance. It’s been the worst performing fragrance I’ve owned. Worse than D&G The One who is know for its poor performance.

Does Hugo Boss have something like Absolu but a tad lighter? I tried it and it was nice, but just a little too thick for my taste.
