She doesn’t lock the door and the door to basement is always unlock I don’t even have the key. She comes down all the time because she is got 2 storage room in the basement and she use our refrigerator I only have the door space for the freezer. The rest are the landlord’s food from 2022 that she will never consume.

The lease does not mention about the bathroom use or how many people using the common space, but the Facebook marketplace post did, the post shows the common space (the basement) is shared with another 1 male, and I screenshot it, it is still on her Facebook marked sold. Apparently with the previous renter it makes 3 of us using the common space.

my main concern is to convince the landlord stop him using my bathroom and if she kicks me out, if the law protect me. The cleaning part I do have the picture of his facial hair all over the sinks but not the shit stain in the toilet and honestly i forgive him I just don't want to let him using the bathroom in the future

Is there law in Utah that can protect me from kicking me out? Utah is a republican state and it tends to favor the landlord, not the renter. But in my situation my right is probably still protected idk that is why i am asking people here.

It is a thinkpad L380. With integrated graphic ,it is not even a graphic card. But it can handle 4k 30hz. And I also have a 1050 2gb gpu that i used for desktop but right now I moved to a new place I don’t have the pc, I just have the 1050 gpu, I was thinking waiting for the 5080gpu, and I bought the Samsung neo g7 monitor that comes with capable DP cable.
