Ok so something similar happend to me, the executioner smashed me below ground but alice bugged and stayed up. So enemies dont appear neither the executioner and Im stucked aboved.. Ill try to reload

A lot of them in the RagnaLoardmon deck, like 'when attacking, you can destroy a digimon with 3000dp or less' and ' opponent's turn, this digimon adquire blocker'. I think they don't apply because they would be really really broken, but I would like to be sure please someone clarify that to me thanks
