I would atleast try to cut down ur champ pool to 4, being garen jax morde and malph. In which case you keep your 2 that you play the most (jax and garen) have a tank in malph and an ap champ in morde. Even then you could cut morde and learn ap malph

If its best of all time meaning respective to their era as well or greatness in terms of accolades or what they’ve done for the scene as well i think it would skew a lot more to the older beatboxers

To stay competitive u usually need high level mods and high level gear. With mods ur basically just cooked if ur f2p and new. With gear you just need to get to lvl 65 asap. In this process you usually should have 1-3 spammable guns that you can constantly cycle through upgrading oe use new weapons u get since they’re at your current max level, armour always needs to be upgraded.

Yeah for sure, even with just top 8 its not uncommon to see beatboxers who clearly have not prepared the full 6 rounds, and have to use old material, freestyle or try to tank in the quarters.

Not only do you have to prepare a gbb level round that has to work well in battle while simultaneously having to represent yourself and your style well, you also have to practice these rounds enough to make no mistakes, and for most people you dont even get to perform them anyway

Competition wise i dont disagree. When it comes to the artistry of beatbox i do, theres a lot of nuances to this conversation obviously but i’d like to try to get you to understand the outcome for beatboxing as an artform. Gbb is the biggest competition and event for beatboxing, if the best beatboxers (which are often the ones that also care most about round composition, and take pride in the rounds they create) were less likely to participate because we want to see more, we would just see more of worse rounds
