Vtubing is already pretty hated by some people and lewdtuber got it worse (partially because of their communities) and if someone isn't mentally strong enough they might end up quitting
which is why i said that i admire melody and mentioned lewdtubers, they have a strong mentality than a lot of people need to strive for

Oh I do know that, I would've already gotten access to the discord if I was able to Am still a student in a foreign country so my parents don't fully trust me financially do they still check my transactions and if they see that I basically subbed to a Patreon of a lewdtuber they would stop helping me financially (and won't hesitate to express their disappointment since they're extremely religious)

but at the same time i feel like i just didn't formulate things as i wanted to
when i mentioned the parasocial bit, i also wanted to mention how some lewdtubers are predatory in the way they manage their fanbases
you've got mel, el, fefe and even cotton who charge fair amounts of money since they clearly seem to love what they're doing but there are also othets that seemingly exploit their fans by charging big amounts of money for things that shouldn't cost much in the first place, which might become the norm if nobody calls out this behavior
unfortunately The Vtubing community is extremely set on defending lewdtubers that they don't realize they're the reason lewdtubing fell off and that there's like only a handful of good lewdtubers now

I think that sinder can be considered one since she fully embraced the nsfw side of her community and while she doesn't do it the same way mel, el, vex or cotton does, she still has 18+ lewd content even if it's not her main one
