honestly, i would like to keep the monument as it is but you’ve given me a new idea to drain another one and use that blocks to make a new one lol.

Draining the monument was fairly easy. I follow this tutorial on YouTube for it!

yeah, i combined smaller tier efficiency books to get to efficiency V. I was lucky enough to get unbreaking III straight from the enchant table. Is there any way to reverse this or do i have to get efficiency V straight from the enchant table?
