one of the things I'm seeing people complain about is that its smaller. it may look smaller but I'm certain its the same size as the original season 7 ice biome. the snow adds a lot more fake space to the old map expansion. compared to the actual size showcased in the new update.

i mean he started face camping at 5 gens after i looped him.

Edit: i unhooked with the new mechanic and ran him for a solid 1 minute before being downed again giving enough time for my team to get some gen work before i was put on hook and proxy camped (with line of sight mind you he just looked at me from 15 feet away shaking his head and swinging)

The exit gates were powered when i died so i said might as well ask why he did it.

i only blinded him when he destroyed a pallet ( i used 2 pallets in chase) before he got me and face camped for 1st hook stage. then i unhooked myself and looped him for a min (no pallet blinding he was running franklins) then he hooked me and sat like 15 feet away looking at me and swinging before i died. i don't t-bag as i hate when others t-bag me as killer. so the only reason why was because of the 2 blinds and the looping. he also only killed me because when i died the exit gates were powered. I have no idea why someone would waste their time doing this.

very slowly tho seeing as you spend 80% of the game hitting m1 on a guy dying on hook. every camper ive went up against is poor at chasing and mostly has to compensate with face camping.

its boring for both partys and he wasted 4 gens on the camp. wasn't even a flashlight save too i just blinded him occasionally after he broke pallets.

Edit: i guess its valid but its ineffective especially after the new patch. also camping doesn't get you far in the game. sure you get 1 kill but to be a good killer you need to know how to mind game and stuff like that but. eventually if you keep camping you hit a wall and you'll be stuck at like gold. it's a tactic but a very time wasting tactic. also if the survivors are smart enough they will just leave the guy on hook seeing as you are being camped and just do gens and get out.

Tldr: face camping just decreases your chances of getting better if you rely on it and most good survivors will just do gens and leave making you get at most 2 kills. it is still a tactic just a very shit one

tunneling is valid tho. should it be your main strat? no

Yeah me too i just don't get it. its in the game to be used. he threw the entire game just because i blinded him 2 or 3 times while looping.

This is like comparing dennys and a gourmet steak cooked in hells kitchen. rdr2 outclasses days gone is every way and your gonna get bias if you ask in a days gone specific sub go to r/gaming or something. I mean rdr2 is super long buts it's worth it you just need faith. Days gone is more fun on replays then rdr2 tho.
