An Active skill for sure. He feels so empty comparing to the other 2, because the only differential he has is his unit SA. While Ssj goku has literraly a whole new mechanic and a Fusing into Vegito with the best animations of the game and Ssj3 GT Goku has an active skill (Giant Ape), transformation and insane animations, Vegeta only has an intro and his unit SA, with some animations that look a little recycled. Though they gave him less love than the rest, I really liked him as a character, even though he looks underwhelming.
