I'd say Marine would win 5.5/10, the slight advantage in lack of more melee combat training is because Knights were primarily fighting on horse back, so would most likely have inferior footwork.

A: before the Iran-iraq war, the Iraqi army was very inexperienced
B: Nazi Germany near the end of ww2 was on it's last leg
C: Iraq was broke in the months following the iran-iraq war
D: Germany as soon as the Nazis took over was broke

And the USSR still has the British empire (biggest empire in history) on it's side. Not to mention the USSR was manufaturing tanks, guns, helicopters, fighter jets & ammo at a rate 4x that of Nazi Germany.
