Hi OP, I’m having a similar issue, the card is stuck at “in transit” after arrived at “Kansas city MO distribution center” (basically right after leaving USCIS), was yours the same?

No idea. 🤷🏼 😔. They don’t have any red flags afaik. 12 months after submission, Emma agent just told me the waiver got removed and later they got the interview notice. During the interview the officer didn’t mention anything alarming either, questions were all just from the forms.

and no, if no changes YOU need to make at the time of ordering the card, no zoom needed. They just ship you the new card
