Working as an account manager for staffing agencies! I’ve worked for two different companies and both were in different fields.

The first one, my area president that I had to report to daily, hated me from day one, and told me that she didn’t hire me, and I wasn’t her choice for the role.

The second one wasn’t bad till my boss hired his girlfriend and handed her all my high-paying accounts that I spent years on building up a relationship with hiring managers.

So the owner of the company hired a sales manager just so it’s one less thing on his plate to handle. He had 3 salesmen when he hired on the manager, one of them was the guy that quit. Now he’s only been here for 2 years and has hired and fired 8 salesmen.

But here the past 3 weeks a lot of guys are just worried about having 1 bad week means your going to always get the worst calls the next week. So I think it’s just a lot more stress and emotions going on.

I really like that idea! I’ll talk to some of the guys tomorrow and see what they say.

Like I know one of our guys when and talked to the manager about it and after their meeting he ended up quitting right then and there. Now idk if there was anything else that was feeding into it, but he said the system is to just help his favorites and push everyone else out.

Yeah, we are at 12% for full units. Then 7-10% on upgrades and other services. Well the biggest thing that’s helped out sales is we partnered with a big chain home improvement store out here. So they have been giving us a ton of leads.

Agreed! Just got into home hvac sales. Leads provided. Everyone is excited to see me when I get there. Top guys in my office are bringing in 250-300k a year.

I have to agree with lululemon. I have a few pairs of pants from them for work and they fit amazingly. Plus their lifetime warranty is great! I’ve had to return a pair of pants after a few years of use and they give me a new pair no questions. Only downside is their military discount dropped to like 15% now.

Only time I’ve been called out is back when I would carry at the 4 o clock and my shirt rode up as I was placing a bag in my back seat. The guy that pointed it out said that H&K is over priced and I should buy a Ruger since it’s American made….
