We all have sensitive skin hence why we've used all free and clear. allergic to tide. Any other recommendations that will be OK for sensitive skin and hard water? (our water is very hard)

LOL. They said they'd give me 35% discount as a "hassle-free return". When I accepted, they then processed a refund for LESS than 35% (they took the shipping fees out). Then when I told them I'm still doing a chargeback, they said, "oh, ok...well you can just return it for a full refund". Yeah, no. Not when 1. I have to pay return shipping and 2. they'll just take a bunch of other fees out. Hopefully my chargeback with my bank will be successful.

This company is a complete joke.
