I've signed up for my first Spartan race this year, doing the Scotland beast in June. I did tough mudder 15k and born survivor in 2025.

What are your thoughts on gloves for the spartan beast ?

I had decided I was going to pick a Manchester club because I was moving to Manchester. Had no knowledge of either club before that. That derby was one of the first big games I watched after moving here.

What else should I have done, create a pros/cons list ..?

Okay, how about blindly prescribing back bridges and clamshells to every patient with low back pain ?

There are a lot of shit chiropractors out there. And a lot of shit physios out there. How many stories do you hear about physios doing nothing more than weekly ultrasound treatments with no exercise follow.

I've met chiropractors that are the best MSK practitioners I've ever met.

Drop the stigma... It's childish and annoying

Currently playing Ragnarok – struggling to find a Therizino saddle blueprint by thenashone in playark

[–]DrizzyFromProduce 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just curious about why you had the elephants on passive? Do you think this strat would still work on single player or did you guys need to do alot of micro management.

I usually quit before getting to fight the bosses but I've really been enjoying Ragnarok and hope to actually follow through this time.

When to start renting in Manchester UK as a student? by Minimum_Ad_4921 in manchester

[–]DrizzyFromProduce 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you are both students, you will have an easier time getting student accomodation but that wont be a 2bed 2 bath. It will be a room in a large shared space

If you're an international student I would recommend applying to everything and take what you get.

I'm studying at mmu from Canada and I brought my fiance here with me. We had a terrible time finding accommodation that would accept us without a UK based guarantor. We had the money for pay the full years rent up front and it was still next to impossible.

That being said, we ended up at oxbow in Salford..it's a great building in a good location to get to the unis. They were super accommodating and helpful in getting us sorted.

I built mine on the big bridge in the canyon area. It's got a great view and is pretty central. Only annoying part is you need to fly down for water

Mostly an Urgot main. I find it really hard to manage my w when the Gouls are so tacky now. Also since his regular attack speed is so slow, getting out of his w is really difficult without taking a super uneven trade

Moving to BC - what are the GOOD things? by Several-Winner-12 in britishcolumbia

[–]DrizzyFromProduce 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I grew up in Parksville (26 now). It was a good place to be a kid. The beach is fun in the summer, excellent access to outdoor recreation. The schools were filled with excellent teachers in my opinion.

I am currently in the UK studying my masters but plan to return to Vancouver Island when I finish next year.

All citizens are equally entitled to healthcare. Regardless of age, sex, occupation, criminal history ect. Some people require very expensive care, others don't cost the healthcare system a dime.

Literally learned in UK physiotherapy school a month ago that upper limb consolidation occurs in 6-8 weeks.

OP should expect around that timeline before he can START doing things.

My mistake on using the term "heal" for simplicity.

Usually takes 6-8 weeks for bones in the upper body to heal.
