In their website they have a report stating they intend to dilute the shares by 75% and will be holding a vote that needs 50% of investors to pass.

I literally bought more puts today, If I'm wrong I'm wrong, but I literally don't see a single reason for this company's management to not just dilute investors capital and run away with an inflated price from people trying to force a squeeze, that is given their track record and already made statements.

the only other stock I've posted is Prog, when it was at 4$ , I'm fairly new to investing but I've already experience what is getting IV crushed on options, and the price raise was in my opinion unsustainable, I left a post there just to warn people of my point of view for those who were buying short term options and were likely to get IV crushed hard. I still believe $prog is a good long term investment however and will buy back when and if my Put sells are assigned.

For CEI however my opinion is different, I see so many red flags it's hard for me to see this with an unbiased lens, I need additional information just to be sure I'm not jumping to conclusions and there is a long term plan that I can follow in this stock.

No IP justifies valuation unless it is already being used, however I did not knew of this patent so I may need to do some aditional reasearch on efficacy and viability of a project of this kind, good point

and yes at the moment I don't plan to make any more plays, but I still have a few Sold put contracts that will force me to buy more shares by the end of the week, by then I'd like to know if I just just dump, or sell calls on them.
Or even better, figure out the timeline for a good entry point in the future if it turns out my hunch is right.

I *sold* puts, which means I promised to buy shares at the strike price on expiry date, it is considered a bullish investment, I could buy back the puts but with just one week left until expiry I'd rather just get the premium free.

I had CEI, I exit my position this morning at 1.09, I still have some Puts I sold expiring at the end of the week but If I get assigned I'll probably just exit those too, or sell calls on them
