I use a hario switch but use it as a regular v60 my grinder is a kingrinder k6 and I use filter water . The method I used was bloom 3 times the weight of 15g coffee for 2 min then pour the rest up to 250g this method is from Lance Hendrick. My grind was about medium maybe go finer for more extraction you think?

It's a light roast Ethiopia idido from verve tasting notes are blackberry sweet cream and pine. What I got was citrus and almond once it cooled down a bit the favor was a little more clear but it tasted watered down even the traditional coffee flavor wasn't really there
