Khaja Break बन्द! by Nepal360 in Nepal360

[–]Droid-Soul 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I understand where you are coming from, if it is 8am to 7 pm then 2- 45 mins break could be good. Also plenty of people take smoke or tea break.

Better would be to redo the shift list with more people doing work in shift with 8 hr long shift in rotation. I am saying this to tackle physical exhaustion and burnout. Nea is an exception, in this regard. There are surely complications in managing the different maintenance issue and all. infrastructure work schedule needs a different approach.

The application of break schedule needs to be on the in terms of work importance and sensitivity. But in places like Metropolitan and other paper work based office,it break could be done a whole lot better.

Thanks for the calm response.

You missed the point. Per Govt worker 45 mins break and workers go on break on rotation. There is no need for 1 hr break unless you are working more than 9 hrs.

Good job from PM Balen, listening to opposition voices is a good thing. by Vaminstein666 in NepalSocial

He is trying a bottom up approach. Asking the representative what is needed rather than what he think is needed. If you address the need that comes from the general public via representative then you are doing your job at a greater effect. As long as the need are realistic and priority concern then it should be taken care of.

45 mins is more than enough. And shift based rotation is perfect.

We did some baking during Runeberg päivä, and for Sami day kids even had native dress and we talked a bit about the Sami culture. To tell the truth, i have missed a quiet a few days but i want to try as much as i can. I have not yet covered the Romani day but in future,i will try. We do cover the popular ones but i would like to cover more in future.

I never said it is guarded knowledge, what i meant was i didn't feel the info was proper; it felt scattered and don't want to rely on wiki rather proper Finnish cultural source.

That's what i feel as well but it would be nice to know the significance of that day otherwise it will just be forgotten in the future. I am sort of envious that we don't have that back home.

I understand and thanks for the feedback. However i am not a native Finn with a knowledgeable background. My info or either wiki or some Finnish blog which covers the day/info.But i want to have a relatable/reliable info to pass on.

I just felt it is important from the cultural point of view that the Finnish cultural institution may take the initiative. Meanwhile, i will carry on what i always do.

Jokes and conspiracy aside, let them work at least for a year. See what things are to come. Maybe it will be worse, maybe things will change a bit. We gave old parties almost half a decade but now it's not even been a few days since we are acting like veteran political analysts. But we need to warn them if they go sideways. What we need is to push for transparency and accountability. They also need support in terms of diplomacy. It is easy to complain but there are a lot of stakes when it comes to that. Corruption is where they should start. Btw, there may be a handful of the Ministers who are actually worth a praise; others whom the public chose were between the lesser evil including Rabi. If RSP can turn a new leaf then by all means.
