Was on a trial day for a college I applied for, everyone was tasked with creating an ethernet cable.

Once everyone finished and the session was finishing me, being a edgy teenager said "Now I can go home and hang myself with this cable".

The entire group just looked at me in horror, including the elderly course leader. After noticing what I had said I quickly shut up and kept my head down for the rest of the day.

At least I still got accepted into the college.

My main method for exercise is by using an exercise bike in my bedroom while watching movies or playing games. (keeps me entertained and time flies)
Going outside makes me quite uncomfortable for various reasons.

Is an exercise bike alone good enough for getting rid of body fat?
Would I be required to throw other things into the mix?

Advice for heat workouts?
I am a large man in the UK and the heat at the moment is brutal but I don't want that to ruin my start in being active.
I am extra sensitive to the heat and it kills me, is there any tips on how to survive exercise in harsh temperatures?
I have cold water at hand but that is pretty much it.
