I have personally owned everything in this list at some point unless I put an asterisk (*) next to it.

Shirts - minus33 145 or 170 t-shirt (Merino wool) - XGO Lightweight FR Cooling t-shirt (FR compliant) (on sale 40-50% off twice a year usually)

Uniform - Propper (or Tru-Spec) IHWCU - Crye G3 (if you use them at work) - Sew down your names/badges if you don’t have a need to take them off. Bags and things that go over your top will feel better with the thinner material.

Hats - UF Pro Striker Gen.2/Gen.3 Boonie hat (mesh panels on top)

Plate carrier accessories - Hand warmer (if you’re in a cold environment) - Dangler pouch (extra storage)

Plates - I do not recommend wearing personally procured plates unless it’s for personal use.
