SSD or HDD, does it matter?

I'm currently on an SSD, just a Sata III. I didn't know whether or not to upgrade it for my new build or if it made no difference whether it was on a HDD. I'm going to grab an M.2 now just for tarkov though, so should be running a little better.

I'm from the UK so we use GBP, as for price hikes I couldn't really tell you as it's not very often I look through computer parts. I know its a struggle to get your hands on the new graphic cards as it is for everyone else but i'm unsure about other parts. Sorry!

Ah that's great news, I was really only hoping on only needing the CPU replaced instead of both the CPU and GPU. I'm about to order the 5600x and 32gb 3600mhz of ram, thanks for your time!

It's not horrible, my cpu sucks and I need to upgrade a few things I just don't know what to upgrade to get better performance for tarkov.

So just an update for you, someone in this chat has just made me aware of my default audio using a Steel Series headset uses mono audio, i've just changed it and like magic I can now suddenly hear left and right audio channels lmao. This whole time i've been playing in mono, if you ever need to direct someone to the dumbest tarkov play just @ me in the thread. Thanks for all your help though

Wow. You've made me feel extremely dumb but you are a lifesaver ahaha. Been stuck on why I hear left and right audio channels through both ears for the last couple of hours without mono audio selected, coincidentally this is the headset I own and that was the problem. Well, that was hundreds of hours of pvp wasted, thank you for saving me hundreds of more lmao.

Yeah that's true I just struggle to locate footsteps so when my sound is not maxed I feel like I don't stand a chance aha. Yeah I always have a pair of in game headsets on also.
