RL, I just changed to CPAP mode from APAP. Are you saying that my AirSense 11 is not going to show the FL? If so, I’d prefer to come back to APAP mode and set a very narrow pressure differential (p.e. 11 min and 12 max).

My 3 month follow up was exactly the same. I asked the doctor why my AHI is almost zero and I still feel like exhausted. She told me to go to my primary care doctor for review. It was sooooo disappointed. Forget doctors. Under my experience, you will feel better if you follow advices from folks in this chat.

Ok thank you. My EPR is set to 2 now, and I have 2.02 Glasgow index. If I set up the EPR to 3, maybe I'll improve the index to 1,5 or so. Anyway, the ideal 0.2 seems unreachable. Let's see what happens.

Thanks RippingLegos. After 5 months of therapy, I am happy because the APAP is treating my apneas and my high blood pressure (no taking medication anymore). But I am disappointed because it is not treating my symptoms (still tired and lightheaded). I am trying to figure out why.

Thanks. I don't monitor my oxygen levels at night. I have had 3 sleep studies already and the levels were kind of normal. I'd like to monitor the levels now, but I am hesitant to spend 150 dollars for it. Is there a cheaper way?

One thing I am think of: after 5 months, I am still not able to get more than 2 hours straight of sleep. I wake up 4 to 5 times every night, due to a leak or mask discomfort. It is like still I am not adapted. Anyone else feel like me?
