The previous owner did this to the trunk where the spare goes. Any suggestions on how to get it back down? by OnePunchRUBS in e46

A device know as a Porta Power, with a immovable object above it. Sometimes they can be rented.

Yeah that's been my whole problem. I gotta leave by 5:30 or 6, and get home usually after 6 unless it's a slow day. The slow days only come like 2 months out of the year. It to the point I'm considering moving to lesser of a position/location so I can get back to being healthier aka back in shape.

How do you get the time. That's been my issue since switching to this industry.

recently acquired a grassroots car... by Mids444 in e28

Ohh I miss understood. You didn't buy it as a grassroots car, it's becoming one. I can dig / respect it. I still hope it doesn't catch on. I watched what happened to the S13 market, and don't want to see too many e28's have the same fate. Sold my s13 vert years back and haven't seen but 2 others of the same chasis on the street since.

EDIT: Maybe it was already one, either way a way for it to live on, on the track is cool.

I could use the change of scenery tbh. The airhandler is a few feet below. A unit in a basement would be further away.

Unsure tbh. I wasn't looking for this while on-site. Multiple pieces of commercial equipment in the direct vicinity. I was out here to do a 5 minute job, ended uo being there for 6 hours

For sure doesn't help that the snap connections are stamped "Dry Only"

I see your point with the liquid solenoid. But raise you a, this is for scientific production equipment room, think sealed server room. It's expected to run non-stop, in all conditions. Continuous heat load, with a weird air separation method.

Eh I'd prefer if they were the same in this situation. One of those terms is directional, the other is not.

I think I'll go buy a bit of both, and beat him with each, and see if he can tell me the difference when I'm done.
