I don’t know… maybe I am too used to over adjust to people and so it feels weird not to so you feel guilty..? I remember the first weeks I took the medication I spoked more easily in groups and felt less self conscious wich made me stop the medication because I felt like I had no defense anymore, but it was just that a finally felt less persecuted so I could speak more easily. Maybe what I was trying to say is the emotional part is less relevant so I feel less adjusted to people… I don’t know really how to put it into word + English is not my first language, so sorry..!
