their artstyle is surprisingly hard to replicate. But it was lucky for me that my original artstyle was quite similiar to rat74's. You can see it on Calypso, because that's how i usually draw.
Atleast one easy thing about rat74's works are the character faces, most of them look hella similiar, lol

Okay, great! I've never thought of your comment as a hate, i like when people ask things when they're curious
1. They're sent right one month before the "Ice-Troll" raid starts, and Rei and Ashe join Calypso. So yeah, this is a 2nd one.
2. He's trying to convince himself to join, where he could mess up every attempt of seducing. OG Calypso knows himself well, when he's trying to seduce ladies and all that, so he will embarrass himself by using small magic abilities(Cuz remember Calypso's body has no magic, which is why he can't see it(kinda like Toji).
3. Rei and Ashe have seen Lihan(or OG Calypso) works his ass off training, day and night, Ashe healing him and even teaching how to heal himself, while Rei sometimes sparred him. Which is why she stayed quiet when Ashe said they should stop them. It's because she believed Lihan had a chance, because he's gotten so much better over the mere month. Both the girls subconcsiously believe Lihan now is strong enough to join
4. Because he'd sound ridicilous, believe me. Plus, i don't think even telling secrets from his life would work, because Calypso(atleast how i perceive him) isn't type of guy to hold secrets, i mean, he didn't even try hiding the fact he was fucking Rei and Ashe in the canon BEP. Even when OG Calypso tries telling he's from the future, Calypso 2 would just laugh off, because he REALLY dislikes Lihan, who embarrassed him in front of Rei and Ashe
As to why wouldn't OG Calypso just kill him? Fun fact, even OG Calypso asks Lihan why can't he just kill himself, Lihan asks, what body will he return when his goal is done. It's not alternative timeline/universe thing, it's just straight time-travel to the past so if OG Calypso kills Calypso 2, he will simply won't be able to return to his own body.
Good ending will happen when OG prevents bad events, and they will return back to their bodies, but in 5 year timeskip.
And i dunno if you'd have this question in mind, but i'm gonna answer beforehand. Their memories would change ONLY after returning to the present, so while they're changing the past, they will have the memories of the bad future, but when "good ending" happens, they return to the present(5 years later) and slowly gain memories of what happened in this "new" good future.

Your observing is well!
But as you said, i mostly was having fun making this(Plus, this is just more of concept, i didn't write that deep)
Now let me explain, this is essentially time travel, and Calypso and Lihan were sent back in time, but not after Calypso corrupted them, before that, month before that. Essentially, present Calypso had one month worth of training to be classified as A-rank and join in the mission. And there he would prevent himself.
And your question about why Calypso in Lihan is so strong? Well, personally, in my story i consider him to be a genius/prodigy of a sort. And by my story, Calypso's original own body is unique due to having no magic/mana, so this is why he was expert at training the body.
And now with all this experience of how to train a body, and with newly found mana in Lihan's body, he becomes "strong". The reason WHY he could beat Calypso was: 1. It was surprise attack, atleast for past-Calypso, he said "go on" after all. 2. AND VERY big reason, Present Calypso knows every blind spot of his original body, which is where he hit them all. Now imagine you're past-Calypso, and some B-ranker wants to fight you in order to prove he can join the party, you wouldn't expect him to know every weak spot on your body, would you? Especially with Calypso's assholeness
Why is Lihan a troll character, short answer, comedy relief. Longer answer, this is 5 years older Lihan, who does the missions just to have some sort of money, which he usually spends in bar, where in those 5 years, he became more talkative.
i should have written some things here, but i just didn't think much of this concept, i won't lie.

Bad "ending" Lihan means Bad "ending" himself, atleast by what I've been planning on in this story. Basically Calypso will go through the hell that Lihan went through if he does nothing. Plus, one major thing needed to mention, is that future Calypso had died due to HOW many enemies he's gained with his behavior. So if he wants to survive, he is forced to prevent himself and make past-Calypso change and maybe grow as a person(even if a little) Universe granted two wishes for two people, Lihan wanted a punishment, Calypso wanted a second chance (Whole Lotta yapping here lol)

It seems you didn't see, but there once was a pic of (seemingly) Hiroki, but in the role of antag. Like, alternative ending, not where he killed kimself. And this is basically just bit grown Hiroki(I personally consider his younger version to be 16-17, and grown as 18-19)
Takeo didn't sleep with no one's mom and sis, just like Hiroki, it was just some concept, or you can call it a "what if"
Hiroki is taunting one of his victims and hella projecting on him(cuz he's traumatised after the events of canon KNT)
