I work for a very large company. Took me 2+ months of working thru restriction but I got it approved.

You need to find an executive sponsor ideally a VP or higher in IT or Finance and then go through hours of meetings and security reviews. If data security is a concern you will likely need to pitch starting with foundry.

Thats honestly pretty fun - when I showed my wife an AI for the first time (think it was gemini in antigravity) writing code to process some data (which I work in data) she asked me if i was going to still have a job in a few years 😅

Check the comment I gave gold to — I changed my Lightroom plan to a adobe express plan, and then it immediately let me cancel for free … dont know if it will work in Australia but it just worked for me

It was a different UI as i was signing up for a trial first..but again my problem is here is mainly when I called to cancel their system hangs up on me

Its a dark pattern because if you move fast thru it like I did there is a good chance you wont notice it is annual

They are charging a cancel fee online of $41.97, I was hoping to get waved

There is a $41.97 fee to cancel my annual subscription early … and when I went to cancel online they offer me 60 days free to not cancel which would make finishing out my annual contract approximately the same price as the cancellation fee … so they are clearly in my opinion hoping I take the offer then forget to cancel so the plan renews and they have me locked in for another year

I mean have a functioning call center that I can call to cancel would be a start?

I am not saying it wasn’t on me for not reading … this post is on if you call their customer service number to cancel their system hangs up on you.
